You can remove/add authorizations in the Product Manager application. Click “Show Details” under the product and go to the “Authorizations” tab.

While Toontrack can never add active authorizations to your account, we can reset your inactive authorizations if you end up needing more than four. Just let us know that you want to reset your inactive authorizations.

In my case I have a separate hard drive that has every download I’ve ever done. Yes I even have the SDX sample downloads. How do I point the Product Manager to the location on that drive where the sample downloads are (rather than having to change the ‘downloads’ location in the PM)? I’d rather not have to download the files again from the TT servers. Or is there a way to manually install the samples? All my samples are on an drive separate from my system drive and that drive is acting a bit flaky.

Not sure what version of EZD3 you have but the Alesis Strata Prime Edrum preset was added in version 3.1.0 that was released months ago. Perhaps make sure you have the latest version.

  • Right-click the Product Manager installer .exe file.
  • Select “Run as administrator”.
  • Some installers need elevated privileges to complete file writing or registry edits.
