Still can’t get SD3 seems to be US site?

I’m trying to get the upgrade from SD2 but the site is still only showing price in Dollars and when I try to check out using a credit card it doesn’t recognise my IP and uses PayEx or something. I’m logged in with my long standing account. I’ve bought many a pack on here before so it’s got to be a website problem. When will this be resolved?

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

Any update please. I’ve emailed support but I am getting nothing back. I have SD3 in my shopping basket but I can’t proceed until this is resolved.

I live in the U.K. And I bought mine from time+space and code was sent to me within 2 minutes.
