I ordered EZmix on line April 15/10 but after entering my credit card info and clicking to go forward the screen froze and I waited quite a while, then had to exit. I have no record of the transaction but my MasterCard has been charged $69.00 I printed that screen and it says reference # 16601. So how can I get my software downloaded? I sent two emails and got no reply ...
