After installation Ezmix 2 doesn’t show up in my effects or VST instruments channel in Cubase 4.5.??

  I recently bought Ezmix 2 and after installing the latest version, I can not find it in cubase to select and use. The standalone versions works fine. Has anyone else had this problem?… and any solutions will be appreciated. When I check my VST folder path I can see the ‘Ezmix.dll’ but it the program doesn’t not show up in my DAW?
