  Q1) EZBass summer sale?

  I remember getting EZKeys, EZD2 and EZMix at pretty good discounts in sales at different times.

  If there is a summer sale this year, will EZBass be included?

  Don’t get me wrong – it’s reasonably priced. I just don’t have very much money. 🙁

  Q2) EZBass Midi > sheetmusic/tabs?

  After I have created a bass line, which exists as midi in the EZBass VSTi, what would be the best way of turning that midi into a bass tab that I could give to my band-mate to learn? I guess I’m asking if the EZBass midi would be compatible with most programs which create sheet-music and tabs from midi? It doesn’t need to be terribly accurate with all the slides and articulations – just the main notes of the riffs and which string/fret to play them on.

  I use Reaper, and I think it has a sheet-music notation view built in; I’ve never tried it. But then there’s also programs like Guitar-pro and MuseScore. Do you think exporting the EZBass midi to something like that would work well enough to help someone learn the bass lines?
