  My email is jeff.pringlejp@gmail.com and my username is jeff-40. I am using a MacBook Pro the latest version. I have dowloaded everything necessary, but it will not let me proceed when I try to use it. Please help. Product Manager shows that I have downloaded it and shows that I am logged in. I also shows that I am logged in to the main webpage. I have tried resetting my password a few times as well. but get nothing.
