  i,ve just done this it downloads according to my mac but i don’t get any product manager button or mode on the toontrack title bar . i used to be able to see my products authorisations and available updates . but that option has disappeared i can’t find anything that looks like your description on your email/video . please help plus I’ve got 3 items stuck in the cart that i can’t remove either
